At UNC Greensboro, we are committed to combining engaging student life with academic paths to emerging industries. Our new state-of-the-art esports arena is a hub where these paths combine in a powerful way.

UNCG invites students and educators to E2Weekend in our Esports Arena and Learning Lab. The event features a Fortnite tournament and a hands-on training seminar featuring Epic Games’ Unreal Engine.

Unreal Engine

Accelerator Experience

The Unreal Engine Accelerator Experience is a hands-on educational opportunity specially offered to invited educators. Participants will learn how to bring interactive 3D to the classroom with Fortnite Creative and Unreal Engine on October 25th and 26th.

Spartan Clash

Featuring Fortnite

The upcoming Spartan Clash is a Rocket League tournament on October 26th for NC high school, college, and community college gamers. Registration opens in September and players should sign up with two partners to compete against other teams of three. Registration is free, and prizes will be awarded to teams that finish in the top four.
