The team coach is the individual designated to oversee and manage your Esports Team enrolled in UNCG SEA competition.
The Coach must be 18 years of age or older and approved by the Team’s school. The Coach may not be a student.
The Coach is responsible for all communications, managing Team rosters and Players on the League Platform, including check-in for matches, and score reporting at the conclusion of a match.
The Coach must be present either in-person or virtually during match time. If the Coach is not available, they must designate a substitute who is approved by the school.
A Coach may represent multiple teams from the same school.
All Coaches must attend at least one scheduled pre-season Webinar session.
